The Nation Board of Education (NEB) has informed that the Grade 12 Board Examinations will be most likely held before Dashain. However, the exams will be held only after COVID-19 vaccination arrangements are made for class 12 students. The NEB said that they are ready to conduct the examination before Dashain if the Covid-19 Crisis Management Center (CCMC) allows it.
The Board also confirmed that 15 days prior notification will be issued for the students after receiving approval from the CCMC. Last week, the Parliament’s Education and Health Committee has recommended the NEB to conduct the Grade 12 exams promptly, for the repeated postponements would negatively impact the students.
